Why can't I see all of the content on the website?
This website is intended for two audiences: Instructors and Students. Only Instructors need to login, and they must first be granted instructor access by completing the instructor sign-up (Head on over to the signup page.)
Anyone who views this site and does not have an Instructor account can only see the information available on the Student side of the website. You will need to become an Instructor in order to view all of the Instructor content.

As an instructor, how do I allow students to take quizzes?
When logged in as an instructor, you will need to generate a "Student Access Code". To do so, go to any of the online quizzes through the Instructor side of this website. When there, you will see a button that says "Generate Student Access Code". Click this button. You will now see a "Student Access Code". Distribute this to your students in whichever manner you prefer. You may email it to them, write it down, do so however you want. Please note: this one quiz access code will give students access to every ME10 quiz. In other words, you do not need to generate a new access quote for each quiz unless you want to do so. We will leave that up to you.
Once a student obtains this access code and enters it in the appropriate text field, they will be granted access to the quiz. Once they submit the quiz you will automatically receive an email for the quiz result at the email address associated with your ME10 instructor account. The student will also be able to enter his/her email address and receive a copy of the quiz. We encourage you to have them to this as a back-up. And, remember to check your junk make and spam folders just in case, and remind your students to do the same.
To delete the student access code, visit any quiz and click "Delete Student Access Code". WARNING: This cannot be undone. If you create a new student access code, it will be different than the previous. Any deleted access codes will never work again.
To generate a new student access code, visit any quiz and click "Generate New Student Access Code". WARNING: This cannot be undone. If you generate a new student access code, it will be different than the previous. Any deleted access codes will never work again.

As a student, do I have to sign-up for this site to access any materials I need for the course?
No. Students have access to all information on the Student side of this website without signing up for the site. Only instructors are permitted to sign-up for this companion site. You will need your instructor's help gaining access to the quizzes, however. Your instructor will need to generate an access code and send it to you before you can take any quizzes. If your instructor is uncertain about how to do this, then please direct your instructor to this FAQ page.

I am a student and need to take one of the quizzes - what do I do?
You should visit the Student side of this website and select the quiz you need to take. You will be prompted to enter a student access code before you can take the quiz. Your should have received this access code from your instructor. He or she is the only one who can generate it. This single access code will allow you to access all the available ME10 quizzes. If your instructor is not certain about how to generate this access code, please send him or her to this FAQ area of the website.
