Alyse Scicluna Lehrke is a graduate student studying communication at Spring Arbor University, Michigan. She holds a B.A. in communication from Regent University. In addition to working on multiple projects as a research assistant, she is founder and director of Write Foundations, an online tutoring service. Her research interests include online instruction, mentoring, and feminine leadership. She lives in northern Virginia with her husband and their four children. Annette J. Ford is Accreditation Officer at Tien Shan International School in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where she lives with her husband and four children. She earned a BA in Elementary Education and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University. Currently she is working on an MA in Communication at Spring Arbor University. Her primary research interests are educational reform and mentoring in education. Chad Nelson is a Masters of Communications student at Spring Arbor University, Michigan. He holds a B.S. in Speech Education from Bob Jones University, South Carolina, and has studied dramatic arts and political science. His fields of interest include intercultural communication and ethnicity and communication. Vanessa Denha Garmo, is a second year masters of communication student. She is President and Founder of Denha Media and Communications, a full-service marketing, public relations and consulting firm in Michigan. Denha Garmo is a professional speaker and an award-winning journalist and author. She is Producer and Host of the weekly show, It’s Your Community on 96.3 WDVD and 93.1 DOUG FM and is Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Chaldean News. She worked at WJR 760 AM as a Reporter and News Anchor. She also created and hosted the weekly show, Secrets to Good Health. Allison L. Wong served as a Research Assistant for Spring Arbor University. She earned a B.A. in Communication from Santa Clara University. She has worked in several areas of the communications field, including public relations, marketing communications and communication research.
